In order to keep my books running optimally, there are policies I have set in place. Never fun, but they are necessary to honor both your and my time!

cancellation policy

Listen, we're all human and sometimes last minute things come up! I try to be compassionate to both clients and myself. I require 48 hour notice for any no penalty cancellation of appointments. For your convenience, you may cancel or rebook services online. I do require a credit card on file to book appointments, however, the card will not be charged unless there is a late cancellation or no-show to the appointment.

Should that occur, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the late cancelled service and 75% of the no-show service to the card you've chosen to place on file. I understand that life happens, and depending on the circumstance I reserve the right to waive the cancellation fee. Habitual late cancellations/no-shows may result in refusal of service unless the service has been paid for in full before the appointment time. When a card is not on file or the cancellation charge fails, an invoice will be sent to the phone number/email on file.

You will not be able to book your next service until this invoice/payment is completed.

adjustment policy

I strive for all my guests to love their hair and feel nothing short of beautiful when leaving the salon. Due to the nature of my services, I do not offer refunds. If an adjustment needs to be made, please notify me within 5 days of the service to receive a complimentary adjustment. Never feel guilty for this! I want you to love your hair.
